Attorneys Biography of Andrew R. Tarry ATTORNEY AT LAW Andrew Tarry, born November 16, 1969 in Kansas City, Missouri. Andrew graduated from Lee’s Summit High School in Lee’s Summit, Missouri in 1988, where he excelled in cross country and track, earning All-Conference, All-District, All-Sectional, All-Metro and All-State Honors. Andrew accepted an athletic scholarship to Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri, where he was a four year varsity letterman, All-Conference Team Captain and Team MVP. Andrew graduated from Missouri State University in 1992 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Public Administration.

Andrew worked for the State of Missouri, with the Division of Child Support Enforcement from 1992 through 1998, when he resigned his position with the State to attend Southern Illinois University, School of Law in Carbondale, Illinois. Andrew graduated from Southern Illinois School of Law in 2001, having earned an academic scholarship as well as the Cali Award of Excellence in the classes of Jurisprudence and Criminal Procedure II.

Andrew was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Missouri in 2001 and the US District Court, Eastern District of Missouri, also in 2001.
